You can feel it yourself.
Do you feel empty, discontent, & sad, without any reasons. Is there any longingness of something to complete you.
Why do you need someone else to complete you? Is it you or the desire seeking to manifest through you. What is the source of that desire?
Is it inside you? What happen when you think of having sex? Does that desire try to manifest itself, & make you feel lonely, powerless, & overwhelmed?
All these questions led me to formulate something very interesting & I’m going to share with you all. Just stay open and receptive.
How I overcome the habit of masturbation.
“Masturbation is the manifestation of the sexual energy itself.”
Usually, I feel ashamed to include myself while discussing this kind of topics. But the truth is everyone does & the first step to overcome is to acknowledge & accept it.
The simple steps that help me to overcome it were:
1. Learning to channelize the sexual energy
2. Associating it with a higher purpose
Without channeling that energy into something bigger, you can’t overcome it. You need a vessel of purpose, goal, & a vision to use that energy.
I’m writing this letter to make you aware about the infinite potential of the hidden energy you possessed. But very few had unlocked it.
In addition to that, I’ve seen people around me—desperate for a partner, seeking someone just to have fun with.
I’ve observed both men and women express this need to feel fulfilled by someone else, without truly understanding the power of the energy they already possess within themselves.
They seek externally what they haven’t yet awakened internally.
They simply are unaware and under control. I’ve been there too.
I’ve faced it once, not so long ago. But awareness changed everything
What could be the science behind it? Is there any way to channelize that energy for the betterment of oneself? Let’s dissect and dive deep into it.
How Biological Needs Arise and Influence Human Behavior?
According to the biology, the creation of new life depends on two gametes: sperm and ova.
Both gametes have the potent to create a new life, which means they possess enormous energy. Additionally, we know that in females an ovum is released every month (in the form of mensuration) while in males, sperm is renewed daily. (there is no natural secretion of sperm in males).
What do you think? What happens to those gametes which possess the energy? Don’t you think that they have some effects on your body?
To understand this concept, I present my theory, formulated with a scientific temperament:
The primary function of gametes is to fertilize and create new life. However, when they are unable to fulfill their natural purpose, their energy manifests through you. This expression can be observed in various forms like frustration, loneliness, a sense of incompleteness, anger, and other behavioral changes.
Every entity in nature has a role. Carnivores feed on herbivores, herbivores on plants, and plants draw sustenance from nature. Likewise, gametes are meant to create life. However, humans regulate and extend their reproductive process at will, leaving the gametes' purpose unfulfilled. This unexpressed energy contributes to psychological and emotional imbalances, directly influencing human behavior.
But here’s the key, you can redirect this energy to fuel growth in other areas of life. You hold that power. Instead of letting it control you, channel this immense energy into creativity, ambition, and self-improvement.
Transforming Sexual Energy into Power, Purpose, and Success.
“The energy can neither be created nor be destroyed. But, can be transformed from one form to the another.”
A basic standard theory, that everyone knows. It is also applied to the energy you possess.
If you can’t destroy it, but can transform, then there must be a method to do it. So, I’m going to explain that method.
“You need a Vision.”
Whatever you name it – a higher purpose, a dream, or a burning desire.
Your vision decides your mission and goals. The vision keeps you on the track. The vision pulls you from the dark corners of confusion and misery. The vision helps to transform and channelize the sexual energy into something meaning full.
Your vision could be the ultimate desire for which you can sacrifice anything.
For me the ultimate desire is to be free from the mind that dwells on the concept of past, present, & future. In addition, I want to share my learnings to the world.
Let me share a short illustration of how having a vision helps direct your energy:
When I started my fitness journey, I committed to avoiding junk food. At that time, bodybuilding was my mission.
One day, I was out with my friends talking, laughing, and enjoying the moment. We stopped at a samosa shop, and my friend bought samosas for everyone. He handed me a plate. As I was about to take a bite, a voice in my head suddenly spoke: "You’re on a mission."
In that moment, I became fully aware of my goal. But then I thought it’s just one samosa. So, I ate it.
But that day, I realize that when you have a vision then it acts as a compass, which directs you on the very moment of life.
If you don’t have a vision then your psychic entropy (randomness) will be high. It brings chaos into your mind. Many people are stuck at it, but they don’t know how to come out of that distorted mind.
I trust this letter will penetrate your mind and register as an undeniable truth in your awareness.
